Policies and Practice Expectations
We recommend a minimum of 15–30 minutes daily for beginners, 30–60 minutes for intermediate students, and 60+ minutes for advanced students. Consistent practice is key to progress.
If you need to cancel a lesson, please notify us 24 hours in advance. We offer one make-up lesson per semester for conservatory track students.
Tuition is due on the first of each month. A valid credit card must be on file and families/students must be enrolled in Autopay. Payment plans available for YAP and Conservatory Track students.
Yes, we are happy to consider teacher requests and will do our best to accommodate them. Placement depends on faculty availability, and many of our instructors maintain full studios due to high demand. If a requested teacher is not available, we will recommend an excellent alternative based on the student's needs and goals.
A minimum of 30 days' written notice is required to withdraw from lessons or programs. Tuition remains due during the notice period. Enrollment in semester-based programs, including the Young Artist Program, represents a commitment for the full term. Payment plans are available for convenience but do not alter the total tuition due. Tuition is non-refundable except in cases of serious illness or other extraordinary circumstances.
